Pregnancy is such a special time in a woman’s life. We are more aware than ever of our co-creating power as life grows right in our body. It is specially important to stay grounded, stay centered and also to have a group of  women going through the same changes, challenges and joys. Not to mention how good it feels to move and stretch and give back some love to our overachieving body.
